Communication channels: To ensure I can give my full attention during appointments, I check emails, texts, and calls twice daily, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 am to 9:30 am and 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm. If you have any urgent concerns outside these hours, please leave a message, and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding.
It's recommended that no jewelry be worn during treatment. I accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables.
Time is a precious resource! Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. I am a solo provider in a suite; when you arrive before your time, you buzz in on someone else's quiet time. If you didn't fill out the form, you will need to wait until the start of your appointment.
Late Policy: My treatments are timed, and when you are late, I will deduct time off your treatment, or it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. I treat everyone equally, and keeping to time is respectful to all.
After your Session: I love chatting with you, but I kindly ask that you refrain from lingering after your Session as I have back-to-back appointments. Please consider a follow-up session or schedule a call with me if you have questions or need further guidance.
Treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give notification 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations are only accepted 24 hours before the appointment. No Shows will be charged $100
No Shows: I lost your business and the potential business of other clients for that missed time. Additionally, I am "on call" and may have traveled specifically for your service.
When you schedule your appointment, you agree to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show.
Payment: I accept Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, American Express, credit cards, and company checks.
There are NO refunds. There are no refunds once any treatment or session has been performed. The client is responsible for all necessary payments, including additional costs, when services and products are added for your benefit.
Unopened and packaged Products may be exchanged within ten days for another product, or I will issue a credit of equal value to your account.
Treatment Packages: I do not process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any services, products, packages, or memberships that are purchased. Instead, I will exchange for other products or services of equal value.

Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased online or at the studio. Unfortunately, I cannot process returns or reimburse payment transactions on gift certificates, even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificate vouchers cannot be redeemed as cash.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or packages; customary tipping runs 20% to 40% but is at your discretion.
Asking for Discounts: I Do Not offer discounts outside of special promotions. My prices are fair, and I'm confident you'll be happy with the quality of my services.
