LOL, this isn't same-day or next-day delivery. Your body and custom facial isn't Amazon Prime, and you can't expect full results in one day. 

Some people walk away from a single session feeling immediate relief, others have felt a physical improvement from their session the next day or a few days later, and some have required a series of regularly scheduled sessions to notice significant improvements.

It's best to discuss your ailments and expectations so I can help you anticipate the benefits and how soon you can expect them from your sessions.

While it's ultimately up to you to decide whether you want a single session or a series of sessions, I offer packages and memberships if you plan to return more frequently. 

An adult should always accompany children and not be left alone during treatment.  

Communication channels: To ensure I can give my full attention during appointments, I check emails, texts, and calls twice daily, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 am to 9:30 am and 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm. If you have any urgent concerns outside these hours, please leave a message, and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding.

It's recommended that no jewelry be worn during treatment. I accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables.

Time is a precious resource! Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. I am a solo provider in a suite, so if you come before your time, you will be buzzing in on someone else's quiet time. If you didn't fill out the form, you will need to wait until the start of your appointment.

Late Policy: My treatments are timed, and if you are late, I will deduct time from your treatment. It may also be necessary to reschedule your appointment. I treat everyone equally, and keeping to time is respectful of all.

Products used during treatment are available for purchase. I highly recommend booking your next appointment, as I book up quickly.

All clients are asked to enter card details at the time of booking. 

Treatments are reserved especially for you. Please give 24-hour notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

All appointment deposits are non-refundable 

Please give 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are no-shows, and the full-service fee will apply. Deposits made when booking are non-refundable but can be applied to a future service. 

If the online booking system is misused, the client will be locked out of booking services with Lindsay. Examples of misuse include multiple instances of less than 24-hour notice or same-day cancellations and a pattern of frequent rescheduling that causes loss to the business owner. Thank you.

Why...: No-shows and Same-day cancellations: I lost your business and the potential business of other clients for that missed time. Additionally, I am a  Solo practitioner and may have traveled specifically for your service. 

When you schedule your appointment, you agree to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation (less than 24 hours/same-day) or no-show.

Payment:  I accept Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, American Express, credit cards, and company checks. 

Return Policy:

There are no refunds once a treatment or session has been performed. When services and products are added for your benefit, the client is responsible for all necessary payments, including additional costs.

Product Return:

Unopened and packaged Products may be exchanged within ten days for another product, or I will credit your account with an equal-value credit.

Treatment Packages and Memberships: I do not process returns or reimburse payment transactions!  All packages, memberships, services, and products require a credit card for purchase. This purchase confirms your understanding and agreement that refunds are not offered and that you also agree to all other established policies.  Failure to cancel a membership is your responsibility. By purchasing, you acknowledge your understanding of the terms and conditions, including the no-refund policy and all other applicable rules.

Coastal Face & Body Promotions:
Specials cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or third-party gift certificates.

Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased online or at the studio. Unfortunately, I cannot process returns or reimburse payment transactions for gift certificates, even if they are lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificate vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or packages; customary tipping ranges from 20% to 40%, but it is at your discretion.

Asking for Discounts:  I Do Not offer discounts outside of special promotions. My prices are fair, and I'm confident you'll be happy with the quality of my services.
