I’m Lindsay, the founder of Coastal Face & Body. I believe skin tells the truth about how we’re living, how we’re feeling, and how safe our body feels to heal.
My work sits at the intersection of advanced skincare, lymphatic health, nervous system regulation, and intuitive care. Every treatment is designed to help your body slow down, reset, and respond—because real results don’t come from force. They come from alignment.
My Approach
I believe in understanding the body, respecting the skin, and choosing methods that work in the long term. I work one-on-one with clients who want results-driven facials in a calm, restorative environment.
My approach is thoughtful, hands-on, and intentionally unhurried. Every treatment is customized in the moment—guided by what your skin and body actually need that day.

Experience & Philosophy
With years of hands-on experience, ongoing advanced training, and a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence, I’ve developed an approach that blends modern corrective techniques with time-honored practices like lymphatic work and Reiki.
I don’t chase quick fixes. I focus on restoring balance—so your skin can do what it’s meant to do.

That matters to me just as much as visible results.
A Quick Note About Scheduling & Communication
I prefer clients book appointments online whenever possible—it keeps everything clear, efficient, and easy. If you have a special occasion, holiday, or trip coming up, booking ahead is always recommended. Your face and body are long-term investments, and consistent care is what delivers visible, lasting results. We can adjust as needed, but securing your appointments allows us to stay consistent, strategic, and focused on long-term results.
Occasionally, if the schedule has an odd gap or someone needs a different time, I may reach out to see if a swap works. I lovingly call these “musical appointments” days—they’re rare, but they magically seem to always work out for all.
Outside of appointments, I’m best reached by booking notes or text. When I’m in session, my phone is on silent so I can stay fully present with each client.
Also, If you don’t hear back right away, a gentle follow-up is always appreciated. (My brain can occasionally resemble a squirrel on a trampoline—ADD, Gemini, air sign energy—so reminders are appreciated and never taken personally.)
Before Your Session
When you book online, you’ll see a few short questions that help me prepare for each visit. This allows us to simply check in upon your arrival, so you can exhale, let go, and settle into deep relaxation.
It’s how I get to know you and your skin, and how we build a plan that actually works.
Over time, this is where the magic happens. When I really know you—your skin patterns, your sensitivities, the one thing that always bothers you—I’m already on it. White-glove care, every visit.
You may have seen those campground signs that say, “Don’t feed the bears.”
In this case, it’s more like: “Help keep Lindsay on schedule so she can move seamlessly between clients—and keep the studio calm, focused, and flowing.” 😄
