Half a decade ago, there was a vision: to create a space where you could experience the true power of beauty, wellness, and holistic healing in one elevated, coastal-inspired sanctuary. Coastal Face and Body was born from that vision and has since become a trusted destination in Newport Beach for those seeking more than a quick fix—those craving meaningful, lasting transformation.

Meet Me, Lindsay,
I'm the holistic esthetician behind Coastal Face and Body—a licensed esthetician, Reiki master, intuitive healer, transformational life coach, and holistic nutritionist with over a decade of experience. My work blends lymphatic sculpting, nervous system regulation, energetic healing, and high-performance, clean skincare for visible, long-lasting results.
Having navigated Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, adrenal fatigue, and the emotional toll of a 15-year custody journey, I have alchemized my own healing into a refined, nurturing approach to skin and whole-being wellness. Every protocol is informed by lived experience, functional nourishment, and a deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to repair at the cellular level.
I follow a plant-forward, vegan lifestyle and cherish simple, grounded pleasures—walks with my family and pup, meaningful conversations with clients, and coastal coffee walks around Balboa Island. Clear, loving boundaries around communication and scheduling protect the sanctuary I create for every client, helping sessions run on time and allowing me to show up present, regulated, and entirely devoted to you.

When I am in session, my phone is off so I can stay focused on the person in front of me, which means I am unable to answer calls in the moment. The best way to reach me is by text. If you do not hear back right away, a gentle follow-up is always appreciated. My brain's a bit like a squirrel on a trampoline (ADD, Gemini, air sign, you get the picture!), so sometimes things slip my mind.
You may have noticed quirky blurbs on my website and Fresha about boundaries, timely calls, and limited chatting after our session. Think of them like those signs at campsites: "Don't feed the bears." In this case, it's more like, "Help keep Lindsay on schedule so she can seamlessly transition between clients while maintaining a calm center and pick up her kid on time!" 😂😅 I appreciate you 😘
